Indecent Assault Charges in Brookline Library Incident
A man alleged to have committed an indecent assault on a woman at the Brookline Public Library was apprehended in Maine committing what may have been a similar assault.According to the Brookline Tab, the man supposedly masturbated in the library and then ejaculated on a woman next to him. He is facing charges of indecent assault and battery, open and gross lewdness, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
He will be arraigned in Maine on charges relating to the incident that happened there. before returning to face the charge in Brookline District Court.
Though this is a disturbing incident, the police are reminding people that this is an unprecedented event, and that the libraries should be considered safe.
And for those wondering, yes, bodily fluid can be considered a dangerous weapon, and prosecuted accordingly.
